In this course, students could learn the basic practical skills in analytical sciences, i.e., uses of analytical balance and volumetric glassware, and applications of wet analysis and simple extraction methods, through videos and suggested readings. Also, students could test their understanding through quizzes and learn alongside their peers through discussion forums. Upon successful completion of this course, students could be able to identify the operations of different basic practical skills in analytical sciences which are useful to conduct chemical analysis in laboratory classes.
